Case History

How to get all case history data (ex: payment status, target, user name, agent name etc) and pzInsKey. So I can to show them on my "My Work" customization and go to past case with pzInsKey?

Hi,

I didn't understood the meaning of "get case history" do you want the case history in some kind of export format, or on the clipboard.

What is the pega version you are using, also does this link help: https://collaborate.pega.com/question/export-case-history-excel-history-section-not-available

I need to get all user data input from all past case record (resolved and unresolved case).
