Pega7 converts Double DataType Parameter to String Type after import from PRPC 6 SP2
Hi Folks,
Pega, we have a big problem.
I exported RuleSets from PRPC 6 SP2 and imported this RuleSets into Pega 7.1.9.
When I open a Activity Rule, Pega7 converts all Double DataType Parameters to a String DataType.
The wrong DataType is displayed without any modifications, this means open the rule for display without CheckOut or other Actions is showing the wrong type.
This effects in some subsequent errors. Many of our rules can't be modified or saved after modifications.
Can anybody help us?
With best regards
Uwe Geerds

Hi Uwe Geerds, thank you for submitting the very well qualified SR. Based on the information you provided, it was very simple to setup a replication of the issue and escalate this directly Engineering. The result, I've now sent you a copy of Hfix-26760 for deployment/testing
The hotfix corrected the problem in my test case, so I'm confident this will work for you also.

Sorry to hear that! Do you have an example RAP we can use and try to replicate the issue locally? If confirmed, create a SR with GCS for further investigation.
