How can we read emails from the cloud?

Hi all,

My client is working in Pega 7.2 and we are working in the cloud. We have a requirement to read inbound emails. Anyone know how this can be supported? Any email server?

As Gangababu Gollapalli sugguested did you take a look at email accounts and listners ?

 

You authenticate and connect to external email server using email account. You use listner instance to read inbound emails from the mail server,
