How to consume a service (in client's private network) from Pega cloud?

Hi ,

Customer has a web service in their internal network. It has to be authenticated via mutual SSL from Pega Cloud. This means Pega cloud has to do the following

1. Import client's certificates in to Pega cloud's truststore ( all the nodes)

2. Provide list of ip ranges/ host names to clients for whitelisting.

Is this possible? Or do you suggest any other solution?

You can do it from the designer studio itself. Nothing needed from the server level, neither any restart or any infra level change is required.

Once you are done with the steps, raise an SR for IP ranges. Our Cloud engineers will get back to you.
