If an operator of the organisation queried  W- and Q-,then suddenly he left the organization

If an operator of the organisation queried  W- and Q-,then suddenly he left the Organisation.

The user replied to Q-,then W- is moved to the operator's Workbasket which left.

Is there any way to route W- to the team's Workbasket?

Hi,

There is a check box in operator id form named "Operator is available to receive work "

You can think of un checking it .

Also you can try providing dates for unavailable from and to in the operator id level and subsequently mark then Substitute operator type to workbasket.

You can use the bulk actions functionality to transfer items currently assigned to that user to another user or workbasket.
