I want to see who in my org is using the academy and view their progress.

@PJL-Bristow Hi 

As Per Your Question Go to My Pega -- Collaboration -- Find a Community Member    - In that window, on your left side Panel You will find the search filters and there remove all other filters except My Organization, you will get it I hope this will help you.
