Access issue while accessing the training courses on the pdn site
Hi Team,
I am getting an error "SSO timestamp is older than 300 seconds" while i am trying to access the online course material for CSSA course for which i have already enrolled. Also when i try to login, i am getting error.Request you to help me with the same.

i got the same error but clearing browser cache helped me to access successfully.
Worth trying once. If does not work then try different browser as well.

I am still facing the same problem. It asks me to enter userid password and after entering that it takes me to another screen as per the attached screenshot.

Hi! Not accessible in Chrome but able to stay in and go through the course using Internet Explorer yet the videos are not playing in full screen mode, if we click the full screen button the browser stops working. Requesting Pega to solve this issue asap.

Browser - Chrome.
Start chrome in private or incognito mode and go ahead with login.

Hi,
I am experiencing the same SSO error as mentioned by others in the forum. I unable to launch any of the courses. I've tried clearing all browsing data including cache, tried using different browsers and even tried using different devices (I've logged out each time i switched the device). Can someone please provide a solution to this problem.

This seem to be a global issue and most of us are facing it since Saturday. My trainings were going fine till Friday but then started getting 'SSO timestamp is older than 300 seconds' issue. I hope support team is working on this. Else how it can be reported to them?
