Hello,

we currently have the timezone/calendar configured at the Organization level.  For the Operator and workbasket, some of the team members think that by leaving these blank is good enough as the Organization settings will take over.  I am thinking this is not safe and should be specified for each object.  Are there scenarios where the blank entries at Operator and Workbasket cause problems?   Is there any scenario  or combination where the use of workbasket and/or Operator would cause problems timezone/calendar was either blank or different from the Organization level?
