Privileges to run upgrade estimator tool

Does the user must have admin access to run estimator tool?

My default access group points to end user and when switch to developer portal and run the tool, its failing.

Hi,

Please run the estimator tool with Admin privilege, we need to point the operator to developer portal Access Group and run the tool.

Also keep it in mind, the estimation tool is  configurable.  Unit effort has to be configured/Adjusted based on the project type as every client/project are unique and they have their own method of calculation
