Tracer is slow

Hi All,

In our developement / Test Environment we observe that using tracer is very slow. One line in tracer is updated for 30 seconds or so. Did anyone had similar issues before and how to resolve this.

 

We have 2 nodes with 1.5 g of JVM with 25 developers + testers.

Hi Vamshi

You can turn of the Pega-Reporting, and check both Pega logs and alert logs to see if any exceptions are coming while you run the trace, 

If the problem definitely need to be solved, you can bring down the server, clear the cache(File system and DB level cache), restart the server, try if it is fine, if not, you can check the logs again to see the problem.
