Hi,

To see list of broken queue items, from Developer portal click on Pega--> Process and Rules --> Tools --> Work Admin --> Broken Queue Items.

Here select your Queue class and click execute. An list would be displayed with all broken items for that queue.

thanks Vamsi , after that if there are 1000 records, how to coreleate which record(s) are broken in that queue

In addition, you can also look into same details from SMA.

From SMA --> Click on Corresponding Node --> Agent Management --> System Queue Management --> Click on the Radio Button for "Broken-Process" and click on details.

All 1000 are broken. If you want see all the list items, then toggle the filter as highlighted
