Exercise Accessing External Systems : Reusing Data Transform for Background Check
Hi ,
In the exercise -Accessing External Systems : Reusing Data Transform for Background Check- , we are reusing the BackgroundCheck section that is imported. But in exercise it is asked to add the fileds - Bankruptcy,CreditReport etc those are returned from data transform - to the flow and then delete the sections cretaed by it once we reuse the imported section. Why we are doing it so ? If we need to reuse a section -BackgroundCheck- that is imported , cant we use it directly instead of doing extra work of creating sections and delting the old ones. Please clarify.
In above screen print I have deleted the sections created after adding fields to the form using configure form option.

When we add the fileds via the add fields link, we are creating the Section, Flow action structure with empty presentation on the Work side of the class structure. This is the UI that the flow rule will present to the end user. However, the UI that utilizes the Data Transform was already created on the Data Side and part of the import we did. So we delete the dummy sections that were used to create the UI on the Work side and place the working sections that were imported in the Section Rule so the end user can interact with the already created and working UI that was imported.
