Unable to access exercise system

Hi,

I'm unable to access the exercise system with the login details provided in the course. When trying to login with author@tgb I receive the following failure:

Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID Author@TGB
Requestor ID HB1B0AA45EEA5214997087C9A31331383

What do I need to do to get the error fixed?
