Unable to Access Exercise System (SAE 7.2)

Using the link in the System Architect Essentials course materials I am unable to access the Exercise System. I receive the following error message (copy of screen shot attached also):

Status fail

Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator

Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available

Requestor ID No ID available

Timestamp Mon Dec 10 15:54:34 UTC 2018

Engine Version PegaRULES 7.30 (PRPC-7.3.1-184)

I checked the KB and found a similar error and that system overload was the cause. I've waited several hours for system load to abate but continue to receive the message. Suggested solution are welcome. (Thanks in advance).
