getting access to the exercise system

Hi All,

I am doing Pega Platform Foundation (7.2). When I click on 'Open exercise system' and enter my user name and password, I get an error message that says 'The information you entered was not recognised'. Any advice would be really appreciated.

The login credentials are found in the Scenario section of the exercise page. An example from the Pega Platform Foundation (7.2) exercise is shown below:
