Want to learn CPM framework as my next project is on CPM framework

Hi

My next project is on CPM frame work.

Hence i request this group members to help me with the courses that i have to complete to understand this frame work

And the next steps to do complete CPM certification and certification detials.

For getting expertise/familiarized in CPM Framework, completion of the below Academey Self-Study courses would be helpful.

Pega Customer Service Fundamentals (7.1)
Creating Pega Customer Service Solutions (7.1)

After completing the courses & getting hands-on exposure in your project, give the CCSA Exam (Certified Customer Service System Architect Exam). Below is the Academy - Practice Exam that is available for getting exposure on the Exam.
