Once you send an email, listener listens, creates a requestor accordingly and finally the service activity creates a workobject. By the time we open the requestor in SMA and trace it, some of the steps in the service activity would have been executed or the complete activity would have been executed. How can we still trace from the beginning?
Please let me know if am missing something here?
