Trace not working when file listener is performed

Hi, I am a pega beginner, and I try to struggle to execute file listener to import CSV file by clicking "trace service in cluster", but trace is not working... According to error log, "......throwable processing..."..

How can I execute trace for checking file listener?

It would be quite helpful if i have your reply!
