How can I trace a listener?
Hi,
You can turn on the tracer(in the actions button of the rule) on Service- rule itself.
Hi Neha,
Yes, we can trace service-rule. But if we have multi-node production region this approach will not suitable for the below reasons.
1. You won't know which node listener will run.
2. In prod (as its prod level 5) region, trace option won't be there in the rule level due to the following configuration in dss (trace/cluster/ServiceRuleWatchMaxProductionLevel) set to 4.
So the only option is tracing in SMA. I've done the option given in the video in past but now when I try to tracer waiting for connection after some time it says This page can't be displayed. I've given you the screen clip below.

Hi Mahesh,
I've done the option given in the video in past it worked then still sporadically but now when I try, tracer waiting for connection after some time it says This page can't be displayed. I've given you the screen clip below. Do you have any solid approach to trace a listener in prod region in Pega 7.2?
Any update team?
