VBD Link at the bittom of the screen while running the program doesn't open

VBD link does not launch. I have latest Java and when I click on the run option at the pop up for it to make a change screen freezes.

VBD had worked in decision mgmt course.

Hi Monika Sorry to hear that VBD does not come up. If it worked on the Decision Management course, has anything changed in the environment since then? Please note that on the version of Pega Marketing that you are working on, VBD does not work on Chrome anymore. Switch to IE, if not already. Also, try clearing the browser cache. Regards Guru
