Rule Assembly Cache

since 7.1, Vtable is used for implementing Rule Assembley. does it mean, the rule assembly cache is no longer in memory?

Yes all those rules that are saved in VTable are saved in databases. UI rules are all using ABA (Application based assembly) which uses memory as well as database for storage.
