Rule Assembly Cache Management @ SMA :System is not configured for this type of assembly.
Hi Team,
"System is not configured for this type of assembly" error has been observed while clicking on the Rule Assembly Cache Management @ SMA.
PRPC Version : 731.
Please suggest.

Rule Assembly Cache Management @ SMA started working out after adding the prconfig setting fua/assemblycachemode=mixed.

RA cache is not used in 7.3.1. Pega 7.3.1 uses ABA cache and Virtual Rule Table. What is the problem you are facing that you were trying to access the RA cache?

Could you please confirm if the recommended DSS/Prconfig settings from the article are applicable for PRPC731 version as well.
We have tried the DSS settings followed by a JVM restart,but the Rule Assembly Cache Management @ SMA is still not working out.
In addition,could you please also suggest if enabling the Rule Assembly Cache DSS can have a performance impact ?

Starting with PRPC 7.1.x, the Rule Assembly (RA) caching mechanism is no longer in use.
Instead, the Application based assembly (ABA) caching mechanism is used by default.
