Rules assembled in static assembly are zero

I'm trying to static assemble my framework application (PegaMarketing). The Start assembly triggers the process but returns the number of rules assembled as zero. There are no errors in the log as well.

Any thoughts on why the count is zero.

Is there any chance that you have no rules of this types in your app?

The following types of rules are evaluated by the Static Assembler for pre-assembly:

I don't think PegaMarketing does any explicit to pre-assemble the rules while shipping (Martin Winkler can confirm that). My guess is that the static assembler tool is only looking at the rulesets directly configured in the app, does not walk the chain of apps. You might have to try to pre-assemble all the _FW applications that are shipped part of PegaMarketing
