Question in "Delegating rules to business users" lesson. Not able to understand why other option is false.

Hi,

I was going through the Delegating rules to business users lesion in CSSA course and not able to understand what this question means.

Could someone tell me what exactly the question is asking and why other options are false. It seems like 2nd option is valid to me.

Hi,

I agree the option is called differently but on page 3, the 2nd paragraph says:

If the rules are delegated to more than one user, then we should enable the checkout option so the changes are not overwritten.

The feature to check-in and check-out must be enabled in order to keep every change.

Answer 2 can be achieved without this feature. Of course you lose the history and track changes.
