I have a requirement to delegate Calendar instances to business users as the app will be used in many different locations, so the users want to update the business days themselves.
As per checking, there is no Delegate functionality for the Calendars, so can you advise if there is a way to delegate them and how the calendars be visible in the Case Manager portal-under the Configuration tab or there is another way to edit them?

Just asking the question but is it really a good idea to delegate calendar if you need a system restart anyway?
The documentation is saying the following:
Restart after change
Changes you make to calendar data instances take effect only after the system restarts. Changes made to the calendar referenced in an Operator ID data instance take effect the next time that operator logs in.
