Any idea on below exception
Getting below exception after Clearing the temp,index and cache file
Could not find a rule when appending a stream
com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find instance @baseclass.pzCSSInclude

when pega genaraters customer code for UI elements they will be stored as pzCSSInclude_<<HASHCODE>>.
When you deleted the temp and cache folders, system not able to find it.. close the browser session and try it out. It should work..
If doesnt work even then try to restart the server to prepopulate some of the cache.

It got resolved after doing below steps
- Truncate the cache tables.
- Delete the PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt file and recycle the node.
- If you are in a multi-node, clustered environment, repeat Step 3 for every node.
- After you bring up the system, log in as a Developer and run the Revalidate and Save wizard to resave all the affected instances of skin rules, Rule-PortalSkin.
- Delete all Internet Explorer Temporary files.
- Open a new Internet Explorer browser session.
- Log in to your PRPC application
