8.5 footer missing in portal
After upgrading from CRM 8.3.4 to 8.5.2 we noticed the footer missing from the harness rule PerformRegistration in the portal.
Our 8.3.4 has both the header and footer but the 8.5.2 seems to be missing the footer.
So there might be something wrong with the 8.5.2 screen layout for the footer of the harness rule PerformRegistration.

Is 'PerformRegistration' OOTB or customer harness?
Can you Inspect Element on the Harness and check if the Footer div is present in the DOM?

Yes it is present in the DOM

- There is a difference between ruleset version 8.3.4 and 8.5.2.
- This appears to be the cause of the issue.

You can copy the CSS for the footer from the older version and paste it in your file or any other Custom CSS.

The CSS code that is used for footer, can you copy it from "Cs-style-helper" css file and paste it in Userworkform like below and check?

I can perhaps give that a try but that is more of a band-aid approach.
Upon upgrading our code should work as expected.
If PEGA has a 'final rule" causing problems that kind of issue should probably be addressed with a Hot Fix or something like that.
