Missing Library HARNESS in PEGA 731

Hi Team

As part of HFIX-39746, its mentioned after installing the HFIX please rebuild the Library HARNESS.

However I am not able to see the following in the Library list from Records--> Technical-->Library.

Attached is the screen shot from the DL Install screen.
