How can I solve these 2 Issues when launching a Case?
Hi all.
I need your help as I haven't found a solution in this forum for two issues I'm facing right now.
1) As I launch a case I receive the following message
"The XXX case type does not yet have any fields defined."
Clicking on the Done button, the case starts as usual. Why do I receive this message?
2) Initialization of properties/pages.
As the case starts, the section I've created for data input activity is not shown. Analysing the clipboard I can't find the relative page. I have tried with pyDefault but without success. Any suggestion?
I apologize if questions are not so clear. If necessary i will further clarify.

On the first issue - did you try tracing? or the error pops up before anything comes in tracer?
On second issue - which harness have you added the section in?

1st Issue)
I have used the tracer but I can't find the issue (I apologize but I'm a newbie). However, the section displayed derives from pyEnterCaseDetails (Pega-EndUserUI)

2nd Issue)
I have resolved, setting one property of the embedded page with the pyDefault data transform. Doing so, Pega load the page in the clipboard and the section is displayed.
I have found this solution from another post on this forum and it seems to work (I don't know if this is just a trick...).

[UPDATE]
Problem solved. This is the New Harness, skipped on default in the pre-7.2 versions.
To avoid this view (which is not an issue), you have to
1- go in the Case Design
2- click on the Settings tab
3- in the Behaviour section flag "Skip 'Create' view when users create a new case"
