How can I create different paths through the case?

Is it possible in Pega 7 Express to have conditions within the structure of stages and steps... for example, if there is a data field that asks you to select x or y, then you go to a different stage/step depending on your response?

Hi,

There is limited conditional step support exposed in Express. You can conditionally perform a step based on a condition that you configure.

For each step, you can configure a condition as follows:

  1. Access the list of case types by enabling editing and clicking cases
  2. Select the case type you would like to configure 
  3. Select the step you wish to conditionalize
  4. Configure a condition for the step​​​​
