[Solved] CSHC 7.1.4 - Launch a new Service Case after submitting previous Service Case
a. CSR launches Interaction
b. CSR launches a Service Case - selects few checkboxes and submits the Service Case.
c. System sets up few top level pages from Previous Service Case to carry over checkbox selections and uses those Pages in the new Service Item and then launch the new Service Case - Material Fulfillment within the same interaction and present to the CSR.
In the Flow Service Item - we have a custom activity which starts new Service Item.
To Be Design-
We need the new methodology to achieve the above functionality.
As per SR-B6910 - in Pega 7 only way to do this is through OOTB Script Create Work. So we need the right JAVA API for the above activity from Pega 6.

Not sure i understood youre requirement correctly. Would you plke to design it in Pega7+CSHC714? if so, you can use pega.desktop.createNewWork js API or push it to queue and configure it to be automatically luanched.
if you requrment is to achive it in Pega6, can you add more details?

Could you use Intent When rule to queue up the Material Fulfillment service case? This Intent When can check for a condition such as the existence of those checkbox values in the top level page and then queue up the task accordingly. See Implementation Guide for usage.
