Configure the Pega CHAT for CS
we are in the process to install and configure the Pega CHAT server to be used in CSapplication
1. Installed Pega CHAT Server pre-requisites successfully
2. Installed Pega CHAT Server successfully
3. Configured Apache proxy server successfully
4. Completed CHAT Server configuration and chat queue configuration in Pega CS (7.1.4) successfully
5. Key synchronization between PegaCHAT and Pega CPM application completed successfully
We are using HTTP protocol to connect Pega CPM application with Pega CHAT server.
But, while connecting as a CSR to the chat queue, it is failing. We are getting 'Logon Failed' exception.
do we have solution for this?
