Cannot Download Solution jar in "Enriching Business Applications with Next-Best-Action"

In the "Enriching Business Applications with Next-Best-Action" section.

When you select "Practicing What You Learned".

and then "Exercise: Environment Setup" (first lesson)

When you click the Download Solution link it says "Unable to open the attachment.  You lack the required permissions."

Can this be fixed.
