Cannot connect as systemarchitect@propositionmanagement. Access Group does not exist

Hi, I am trying to connect as systemarchitect@propositionmanagement with password rules.

I get an error mentioning the access group does not exist. This access group is ManageProp:Administrators.What should the content be and were should it be downloaded from?
