"File does not exist or cannot be read:" error in Connect-FTP Method
Hello,
While Using the Connect-FTP method, I am getting the following error - "File does not exist or cannot be read:Folderpath\" .
I cannot find any other threads with solutions to this problem and the files are definitely available in the folder path. Can someone please help me with why this is happening with Connect-FTP method. I have tried with a .txt format file.
Any kind of help would be really appreciable.

I am using Pega version 7.4. I have already gone through the article you attached and followed the instructions but still I have the issue.

I case you are facing an issue with the Remote path "test", you can leave the Remote path field blank...
In the Remote path field, enter the destination path for transferred files on the SFTP server. Leave this field blank to transfer files to the user's root directory.

As mentioned by Philip, even I think that the issue is caused because of the Remote path. Remote path Identify the destination file path. Use appropriate syntax according to the operating system on the FTP server. For example: “D:\\temp\\StaticContent\\common.
If after updating the remote path also issue persist then kindly enable the logger for this class "Rule_Obj_Activity.TestActivity.OJ6YYR_AgentTes_Work.Action" as debug and share the log file with us.
