Connect-FTP with pegacloudfilestorage

Hello,

I am trying to use the Connect-FTP method to send a file to an SFTP Server that I have created. I am storing the case attachment files on the pegacloudfilestorage repository. When I execute the Connect-FTP method on the activity, I am always getting the error:

Error working with local path: 'attachments/prueba_AJ-68.txt', File does not exist or cannot be read: attachments/prueba_AJ-68.txt

Find attached screenshot of the activity parameters. Also, I traced downloading of the file (from the History & Attachments screen on the case), where I can see the file's path and repository details.

Am I using a wrong syntax? I also tried specifying the full path as "file://pegacloudfilestorage:/attachments/prueba_AJ-68.txt", but the result was the same.

SFTP Server is a Client Server. We want to send files to that server via Connect-FTP method.

But the problem is with the local file, which cannot be found although I believe I am using the correct path. I already tested "Test Connectivity" on the FTP Server Rule, and that works fine.

Hi Jorge,

Like you said, Problem with Local file . 

Have you created a file using Connect-File that you need to send file to FTP ? 

                 If so, what is Destination Path  D1  and file name  F1 you are using for Connect-File ?

                 And Local File Parameter value  of Connect-FTP should match "D1F1"
