Cannot access the assignment on existing case via mashup and proxy of anonymous user
Dear Pega friends:
Does anyone have experience working with pega mash up via a proxy and anonymous user trying to open an assignment on an existing case?
I am trying to open an existing case when the user comes into pega via a mash up link as an anonymous user and using a proxy to satisfy same domain constraint. While I am able to open the existing case, I am not able to open the assignment (click of Go button on the opened case) when the user clicks the Go button. The action gets registered but the activity on the action does not get executed. Tried opening the assignment as well directly with the same setup (anonymous user, proxy...) as above. However, the user sees a blank screen.

We were able to solve this issue. It was issue with authorization. Once we added appropriate roles and necessary classes to the role, it started working. The main change was the moving our version of the activity "GetCaseID" from our work class to the baseclass.

@JaswanthCCould you please tell what is the mashup action that you used for implementing your scenario? Is it "Open an assignment"?
