Blank screen on Effort Estimator tool

Hi Team,

We have followed all the steps mentioned for using Effort Estimator. Still we are seeing blank screen on launching Effort Estimator Portal. Kindly help in resolving the issue.

Please “Save-As” the 'txWorkAreaMiddlePanel’ section rule into your application RuleSet and Open the cell properties of ”WorkArea” Control and click on “Ok” button. It will resolve the issue.It will look like below screenshot.

Hi,

We are facing the blank page issue for one of our 6.2 application, we tried using the above solution but it is not working. The Work Area is blank for the application, even after we save it in the application rule set the estimator tool is coming blank.
