The estimation portal is throwing unknown errors on launching. The logs are filled with exceptions like:
Error in JSP execution
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.ReadOnlyException: The page or property Declare_StatusInfo is read-only, and cannot be modified. Calling method: com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPageImpl.put(String, ClipboardProperty, boolean, boolean, boolean) Details: (none)
When we try to save as the referencing stream rule for this Declare page in an application ruleset, all the sections appear to be incompatible with the 6.2 SP1 version. Multiple errors with "Validation Errors Detected" messages are thrown.
Any assistance is highly appreciated.

The above mentioned is not an issue with us. We have imported the correct RAP.
Already tried revalidating them. During revalidation, they did not throw any errors but during manual save, I am getting a lot of validation errors which clearly tells me that the development of these sections/streams happened in some other version of PEGA and they were not upgraded/downgraded to 6.2 SP1.
Currently I am able to run the tool by bypassing the stream rules with declare references. Pega Logs get filled with JSP exceution error statements otherwise.
