Are you referring to man-hours of migrating? Are you looking for tools estimating the hours based on multiple variables (e.g., db size, hardware specs, etc)

Engineering Customer Success (ECS) has two different tools which meet your requirements.

These tools are prototype tools and no support or sale is not performed by Pega.

• Pre-Upgrade Envirnment Scanner - This tool would give the time taken for performing the upgrade to Pega7 considering the customer Rule base and the network latency.  The time taken computed by this tool is an estimate and is only for performing the steps in Pega7 upgrade guide.
• Upgrade Effort Estimator - This tool comes into picture after the upgrade is completed. So, the time taken \ duration of the upgrade is prior to this upgrade effort estimator.  The upgrade effort estimator is under development, where we are trying to analyse the customer rule(s) and computing the time taken for making them compliance to Pega7.

Hi, The upgrade utilities would be shortly available in PDN for download by any user who can access PDN. A utility to measure the upgrade effort including the UI conversions is being implemented, but this is not for customer \ partner sharing. This is purely meant for internal use at this point of time. The utility is being implemented only for PRPC v5.5 version, for 6.X support it would take few more weeks. We can share the availability of Upgrade Utilities and Pre-Upgrade Environment Scanner with the customer/partner after they are published into PDN. But, this thread started with Effort Estimation, which is being built as an utility, but only for our internal use (internal is Engineering Customer Success team and might extend to Professional Services team).
