Application upgrade Effort Estimates

What will be the average Pega 7 upgrade effort for the applications that are fully guardrail compliant in 6.1sp2/6.2sp2 along with frameworks like CPM,HCIF,CPM-HC. I am looking for total efforts (route to live) from dev to QA to Prod.

IS there any document which can give the high level efforts (framework wise) for upgrading an application (build on some Pega Framework), assuming application is fully guardrail compliant.
