Agent fails

For a Queued agents on multinode, If an agent on a node picks up an item from queue and starts processing it. in the process an activity runs, and if any exception occurs half way through the steps in that activity and that particular record is not processed, how it will work?? whether the system will requeue it??

Use SMA to identify broken processes and re-queue the items. You could also use Java Step in an activity to vierify the state, if its broken you could re-queue it.
