I have a scenario, in which if agent fails due to some unknown exception like database issue, or PRPC engine issue etc. How can we restart that agent automatically, without manual intervention. Support Agent fails today at 1:00:00 AM GST due to database issue, but database issue gets resolved at 1:15:00 GST. How can an agent be restarted without using SMA or any other manual intervention. Can we setup some sort of script, AES config or another agent to do that?
I welcome all your inputs, please suggest me how can we achieve this (if possible, with details please). Since this automates lot of our monitoring stuff

Thanks Lochan, I reviewed this article. In this discussion, they are talking about notifying via email in case agent fails and start a listener (which is a different event). But no clue about how to restart it automatically without any intervention. Can you help? Thanks, Pratik
