How to adjust an Overall SLA?
We have a requirement, where we need to adjust the Overall SLA/Case wide SLA Goal Time and Deadline Time.
How can we achieve this?
@manas Garang Case-wide / SLA-wide goal or deadline time can only be adjusted using the option "set value of the property" under the goal & Deadline tab.
Before the start of this SLA, the date & time should be set to these properties. so SLA will adjust as per your need.
