How to adjust Relative SLA in Pega
Hi All,
I want to update the current SLA aggresively by reducing its Goal and Deadline.
I tried with the OOTB provided bulk actions , but in the case its not updating .
Could you please suggest me changes or activity to be used for making it.
Please have the below screenshot for Adjust SLA we are using.
Thanks
Chethan

Have you tried to call OOTB "DefineSLATimes" activity?
In your activity, you can first use "Property-set" to set ".pySLAName" and then call "DefineSLATimes" activity.
Both the parameters (UseExistingValues & pyNewObject) for activity DefineSLATimes will be passed false (unchecked) to adjust/change the Case SLA.

Have you tried these flow actions - ChangeWorkSLA for work object SLA and pyAdjustAssignmentSLA for assignment SLA?
