If candidate is not submitting the task with in dead line. That candidate marked as FAIL & mail should be send few operators.

Hi Charan,

You can specify the escalation in SLA when  Deadline has met.In that escalation you can write your own logic how you want to mark that operator as FAIL and also send notification to the respected person.
