Hi All,

In Report Definition, how can we get column values in a single row if their PYID is same. For instance: If PYID 1 has corresponding 3 statuses, it should display all the statuses in one single row separated by comma rather than displaying 3 rows. Please refer attachment for more clarity.

We have our application built for both desktop & mobile on Pega 7.3.0.

Pega uses pxRequestor.pxDeviceType  property to identify the device in which user logged in and displays the respective UI if circumstanced. This property will be set in RequestorInitialize activity using pyGetDeviceType decision tree in Pega. pxDeviceType is tracked per session and it’s not persisted.

Is there any Pega OOTB report/table where we can see auditing of the devices used by users ?

Hi, We have a requirement to view an attachment. the attachment is passed in a link which is saved in a property. on click of view attachment button, the attachment link property should get called and needs to be opened in a new window. I have configured the button actions to call the activity to set property and to open the link in new window.  but on click button is not working on first click. it is working on second click. I have tried all possible scenarios and tried with tracing.

Hi Team,

Consider the below scenario of Optimistic locking

User A opens the case(001) and he is working on it, In the same time user B also opened the same case(001).

User A has subitted the case, By defualt behaviour user B will get a message saying to Refresh the case and on refresh data entered by user B will be lost.

Is there any way we can preseve user B data and over ride his data with user A or asking a confirmation whether you want to over ride the old data?

I have a customized control written in javascript and after performing some user action, post changing the clipboard property value when I will click on that control then section should be get refreshed based on that property value.

Can you help me on this.

Pega 7.3

Refresh other section does not work for pyRelatedWork after we add a case association via pxGetAssociatedCase.

Refreshing the browser does not work but re-Open work by handle does.  Also, closing the tab re-opening the case shows the related case.  Tried various other ReloadHarness and ReloadSection OOTB activities.

When queue manager goes down during any MQ related outages, all the MQ listeners go down. We are restarting MQ listeners manually after the MQ related maintenance activity. We want to eliminate the need of manual restart of MQ listeners. Is there any option or setting in Pega to auto start the MQ listeners when queue manager comes up ?
