I'm not sure if there is an OOTB way to achieve this. However, you could likely implement a run script action to accomplish this. Here is a simple sample outside of Pega (see link below). You'd essentially just need to use the link's id, class, or other attribute you'd like to use to identify the link, and then get the attribute that holds the url (href in the example I'm providing).

You can include the below JS and when using on click of a button, use Run Script and pass the property value(eg: .pyNote) to be copied as a parameter to copyfrom.

     console.log("Function Called");

    var text = copyfrom;

     console.log("Value is: " + text);

    navigator.clipboard.writeText(text);

    console.log('Text copied to clipboard');

  }

Whatever the value in .pyNote will be copied to System Clipboard. You can check by using Paste or Ctrl+V.
