How to filter pagelist records based on the value selected in drop-down ?? 

I have a requirement which states that based on the selection of a movie in drop-down, system has to display the list of theatres playing that movie, show timings, city in which movie is playing, release date and expiry date when the bookings are gonna close..

Kindly help me with this.

we have been using Text Analyser part of Email Ingestion for case categorization and it is been working fine. we have found, some of email signatures also being used for case categorization which is quite irrelveant.

We are trying to find an option to remove the email signature and pass the remaining text as input for email analyser.

we have found pxEmailParser extracts the signature from single email chain, it does not work for the multiple email chains like forwarded email.

I am implementing Kafka integration. My data flow has 1st shape as Data set which is reading messages from Kafka topic. At the end of data flow I am creating Pega case. 

Can someone suggest an approach to trace this real time data flow?

Hi, After successful connection with JMS queue (Test connection Good in JMS Listener rule), when I am starting the listener, after reading the queue, all requests are going in error and log is showing as null pointer exception. Tracer is showing nothing and activity in Service JMS is also not getting triggered. Please find the screenshot attached. Please help me with the possible solutions.

I have downloaded VM mentioned in CSSA 7.3/7.4.  I have installed it and started the VM as well but still not able get the Application  url as mentioned in exercise guide. 

How do we get the URL once VM is started? 

Please guide. 

We defined one node in the cluster as BIX (using JVM param -DNodeType=BIX). And configured agent rule: in  the Associated with Node type column set BIX. Then all node schedules were deleted and the agent was restarted. After that we supposed to see activity log output only on one node (marked as BIX). But actually logs on all nodes have records from the activity. Other nodes marked on the Cluster Management  page as Untyped.

I made an evolution of the ListView OOTB GetNext rule, where in my first version I specialized for a ruleset of my application and defined it as a base. From there I applied a circumstance rule, where I did it based on the user's workgroup. Worked well.

Every time we need to restart the JVMs with temporary files removal, the operator needs to clear the browser cache before try to login on Pega, even after the restart occurs on the day before. If the operator tries to login on Pega (with SSO or Basic Authentication) without clear the browser cache, the message "Error 503: PegaRULES server not available" is displayed. Is there a way to avoid the need of clear cache by the operator, every time the servers restart?  

There are a lot of browser refresh issues that are happening:- (1) Sometimes while working on the user portal, when going back to the designer studio the it gets refresh and user portal closes, also closing all the opened rules. (2 ) In some scenarios, due to inactivity the application refreshed closing all the opened rules.

We tried to clear cookies cache etc but still same issue.
