I am getting the below exception in log files. The email listeners are active and running, but the ingestion is not happening. When checked at log message found the below message.

As a temporary solution, clearing the request pool at SMA works. But looking for a permanent fix as it occuring frequently.

Error Message:

When the environment is unavailable, some users who were using at the time stay with the session blocked, only being able to access again when the environment is restarted and the temporary tables of the jvm are cleared.

Is this behavior correct? Do we have another way to kill this locked session?

We need to send out an email in plain text format with out any HTML tags to customers. For this we are setting HTMLmessage value as false in SendEmailNotification activity and email being sent as plain to text customer.

however i can see HTML tags & CSS values in the email along with text, so is there any way we can remove these HTML tags and CSS Values from an email.

I'm trying to customize the ActivityStatusError section and I need to put the step status info message dynamically. In the example below, there is a fail in ReloadSection activity I need to get the message error and use it in the ActivityStatusError section. It will help us to investigate production issues. Please find the attached tracer screenshot.

I tried to use ootb function @getWorstMessage(tools) in ActivityStatusExceptionHandler activity, but It doesn't work.

We have a large amount of records on tables PEGADATA.pc_work_notification and PEGADATA.pr_data_notification_recipient (over 500 millions of records).

We are planning to create a agent to purge them periodically. But as a contingency, is it recommended to purge this records manually, using a SQL script, due to large number of records?

I have a ruleset included into the component. I'd like that other developers could use the ruleset functionality only by adding the whole component to their applications, not the single ruleset. Is there a way to do it? It seems that Security and Category tabs on the ruleset page are not able to help with it.

Hi, 

I had an application with many case types, with many different status. Then, I have a dropdown with all the case type's names in my app. When I select a case type on this dropdown, I need to populate another dropdown, with all the possible case statuses of the case tipe I've selected before. i don't want to create a data type to use as source of this field.

Are there a native activity or Report Definition from pega that I can use to help to populate this dropdown?
